Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance. By creating an account or using Meridian (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Not investment advice. Meridian provides portfolio tracking and AI-generated information for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before acting.
3. AI-generated content. Insights, summaries, predictions, and grades are generated by automated models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Market data may be delayed. Do not rely on the Service for time-sensitive decisions.
4. Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your login and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old.
5. Acceptable use. You may not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass usage limits or security, scrape data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Subscriptions. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed through our payment processor. Limits and features vary by tier and may change.
7. No warranty; limitation of liability. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for any investment losses or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes. We may update the Service or these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
